Note About Prices *:

• Prices are for payments made by Cash, Check or Zelle, for Credit Card Payments made through PayPal there is a 4.00% Convenience charge.       
• Prices of pictures for properties does not include any plex (duplex, triplex, fourplex,  efficiencies, nor properties with additional kitchens and/or additions, even if they are under the specified squar footage.
• Square footage is based on the total area of the property, not the living area.
• These prices are for Broward County and Miami-Dade County (North of Kendall Dr – SW 88th St). 
•  For areas further south of Kendall Dr. in Dade County and North of SW 216th St it is$50 additional, then South of SW 216th St down to Palm Dr in Florida City it is $65 additiona travel fee.     
•  For properties located from State Road 869 (Sawgrass Expressway) up to  Atlantic Ave (806) in Palm Beach County add $50; and between Atlantic Ave and South of Okeechobee Blvd in Palm Beach County add $85.
• There is an additional $35 for properties in Fisher Island.
• Parking must be provided to photographer and it is not included in the price.
• Property must be ready for photo shoot at time of arrival and photographer is not responsible to stage or move anything in the property.
